If you smoke you can develop serious eye diseases that can cause vision loss or blindness, macular degeneration, cataracts. Smokers with diabetes are at greater risk of developing diabetic retinopathy. These can damage blood vessels in our eyes. Smokers are also to develop dry eye syndrome, eyes may look red. If smokers notice any changes in their vision they should see an Optometrist.

Take a break:- When using a phone, computer or any electronic screen reduce eye strain with the 20-20-20 rule like every 20 minutes, look away about 20 feet in front of you for 20 seconds.
